If you are completing audits with Proinsight, you will need to know how to generate the survey forms using the client login page. These are the survey forms that will be completed by your auditors.
The client login page can be found at www.proinsight.org/client-login/ and you will be given user details when you begin working with us.
In order to create a survey form, follow these steps:
1. Login to your client area, scroll to the bottom of the home page and click 'Create Instant Survey'.
2. Enter the details about the survey form that you would like to complete. These will be a) the survey form you want to complete, b) the location you want to complete it at and c) the wave that you want it to be a part of.
3. Once you have chosen these click 'Create'.
4. Return to your homepage and you will see the audit in your client inbox. This can be completed by clicking on the orange writing and completing it at your desktop/laptop or you can complete it using the Proinsight app.
