Once an action plan has been completed by your general manager, it will appear on the action dashboard. Once it reaches the action dashboard you will be able to decide whether or not the actions suggested by your general manager are sufficient, and you can either return it to the general manager for more work or 'resolve' it, meaning you are happy that the necessary actions have been taken.

In order to do so, you should follow the following steps.

1. Login to the client portal at www.proinsight.org/client-login/.

2. Go to the 'Action Dashboard' tab, here you will be able to see an overview of your action plans.

3. On the 'Action Dashboard', you can see how many action plans are currently being completed, how many are overdue, how many are 'under review' and how many have been 'resolved' (signed off my senior management').

4. In order to review and resolve a mystery shop, you simply need to:

a) open a completed but unresolved action plan

b) read and review it, then scroll to the bottom of the form

c) answer either 'yes' or 'no' to the review question in the form i.e. 'are you happy with the suggested actions?'

d) scroll to the top of the form and either 'Return to Mailbox' or 'Mark as Resolved' depending on whether or not you are satisfied with the suggested actions.
