When an action plan has been completed, it will appear on the action dashboard. Once it reaches the action dashboard you will be able to decide whether or not the actions suggested are sufficient, and you can either return the action plan for revision or 'resolve' it, meaning you are happy that the necessary actions have been taken.


In order to do so, you should follow the following steps.


Login to the client portal at www.proinsight.org/client-login/, and login with your credentials. 


Click onto More, and then action dashboard:

Click onto your action plan from the client/survey drop down and select the wave (if needed): 

 

 

 

This will show all of the action plans and which status they are in: 

 
 

 

Click onto 'Under Review' and then scroll down to see which action plans need to be signed-off/approved. Click onto the action plan (as highlighted below).  

 

 

  

The action plan will open in a new tab where you should read and review the actions listed. Once you are happy with this, scroll to the bottom of the survey and answer either 'yes' or 'no' to the review question in the form i.e. 'Are you happy that appropriate action has been/will be taken in order to resolve the highlighted issues?'.

You should then scroll to the top of the form and either 'Return for Revision' or 'Mark as Resolved' depending on whether or not you are satisfied with the suggested actions.
