This is an instruction guide on how to download a particular mystery shop from the client portal.
1. Once you have logged in, click the 'Mystery Shop Explorer' tab at the top of the home page.
2. The 'Mystery Shop Explorer' tab will allow you to filter for the mystery shop you are looking for. You can filter by Client/Survey, Business Unit and Wave.
3. Click on the mystery shop you wish to open and a new tab with all the results and the completed survey form will open.
