The reporting feature available on our platform allows you to run detailed and in-depth reports on your mystery shops and audits. The reports break down the mystery shop data into easy to read graphs and spreadsheets.
The portal url is www.proinsight.org/client-login/.
After logging into the portal, click on the reports portal tab at the top of the screen.
You should then run a filter so you can only view reports on the mystery shops/audits that you require.
Once you have defined your filters, you can then run reports. The most common reports are:
1. Rank by Locations with Time - this is a typical league table which shows change over time.
2. Rank by Locations with Sections - this table shows how certain sections within the mystery shops or audits have changed over time.
3. Survey Scores by Locations - this will give you a full breakdown of every question within the survey.
