1. Open the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone).
2. Search for Proinsight Mystery Shopping and make sure you select the new app - it has a blue icon with a white “P”.
3. Download the Proinsight Mystery Shopping app. Once installed, it will appear on your home screen.
4. Open the app and log in using your usual mystery shopper details. You’ll then be able to view the assignments in your inbox and start completing them.
