How Do I Download And Login To The App?


Getting started with the Proinsight Mystery Shopping app is quick, easy, and you’ll be ready to shop in no time! Whether you’re downloading the app for the first time or getting logged in on a new phone, just follow the simple steps below and you’ll soon have all your assignments right at your fingertips. Let’s get you set up!


1. Open the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone).


2. Search for Proinsight Mystery Shopping and make sure you select the new app - it has a blue icon with a white “P”.




3. Download the Proinsight Mystery Shopping app. Once installed, it will appear on your home screen.


4. Open the app and log in using your usual mystery shopper details. You’ll then be able to view the assignments in your inbox and start completing them.
