1. Go to either the 'Play Store' if you are using an android, or the 'App Store' if you are using an iPhone.
2. Search for 'Proinsight.'
3. Download the 'Proinsight' App, it will appear on your home screen once it has downloaded.
4. In order to login, simply click 'Add Profile' and enter your mystery shopper login details. You will then be able to view the mystery shops that are in your inbox and begin completing them.
