How Do I Complete And Submit A Mystery Shop On The App?


Completing and submitting a mystery shop on the app is simple and straightforward—and you can do it all on the go! Once you’re logged in, everything you need is neatly organised so you can find assignments, complete tasks, and submit your feedback with ease. Follow the steps below to make sure your mystery shop is completed and sent off smoothly.


Once you’ve logged into the app, you’ll land on the Home screen. This shows:


  • Any assignments you currently have
  • Any new assignments available near you



To see more options, tap the menu icon (the three lines next to “Home”). From here you can access:

  • Available assignments

  • Your current applications

  • Certifications (pre-assignment tests)

  • Your pay



To complete an assignment:

  1. Go to My Assignments

  2. Select the assignment you want to complete

  3. Tap Open

Fill in all required fields, then tap Done.
