ARTICLE - Where Has My Work Gone - Saving your Survey Regularly


If you’re tackling a longer report, give yourself (and your hard work!) a little safety net by hitting Save every 15 minutes or so. If the system thinks you’ve wandered off for too long, it might time out, log you out, and—worst of all—take any unsaved progress with it. Nobody wants that!


Saving is super simple: just scroll to the bottom of the survey and tap Save. (Screenshot below to guide you!)




Proinsight Top Tip: Want to keep your brilliant answers safe? Try typing any longer responses in a Word document first. Once you’re happy with them, just copy and paste them into the survey. It’s a quick, easy way to protect your hard work in case anything unexpected decides to pop up!
