ARTICLE - Where Has My Work Gone - Saving your Survey Regularly
If you do have a long report to write, please ensure you are saving your progress regularly - i.e. every 5 minutes. Otherwise, if a session has been inactive for too long, your session will time out, you will be logged out and your work will not be saved. To save your work, scroll down to the bottom of the survey and Click Save. Please see the screenshot below.
Proinsight's top tip is to fill out any long written answers in a word document first, copy and paste them in at the end, then submit your assignment. This will reduce the risk of you losing your hard work if anything happens!
