WATCH AND LEARN - How do I Access Receipts on the Proinsight Platform? Print

In some cases it may be important to access certain images on the client platform. This is a straightforward process which can be done by any user with access to their respective client pages.

1. Log in to the Proinsight Client Platform at www.proinsight.org/client-login/.

2. Navigate to 'Media Explorer.'

3. Apply the filters that will help you find the image you want more easily. For example, you can filter by campaign/wave, location, survey form type, attachment type etc.

4. Scroll through the images until you find the necessary receipt.
