This article contains a video which shows you how to access your Net Promoter Score from the Proinsight Portal.




 

1. Once you have logged into the Proinsight Portal, click on More and then Net Promoter.

 


2. This would bring you to the Net Promoter page. You can filter by Survey type, Business units and Campaign wave to see the corresponding NPS as well as a comparison of the NPS with the last campaign.


 


3. The Net Promoter page also gives you an Overall Trend of your NPS by campaign so you can see what your NPS is from the different mystery shopping campaigns.




4. The Promoters Top and Bottom will you the top 5 questions which have scored the most and least points amongst the Promoters respectively. The Detractors Top and Bottom will give you the top 5 questions which have scored the most and least points amongst the Detractors respectively.
