Article - How to Deal with Expenses for your Mystery Shops



Before you can claim back any expenses from your mystery shop, make sure you snap a clear photo of the VAT receipt. It’s the golden ticket! Without it, we won’t be able to reimburse you, and nobody wants to miss out—so don’t forget to grab that pic!


1. Take a clear photo of the VAT receipt.



2. Attach this to the relevant survey and make sure you input the amount in the correct box and in the right format.





3. Make sure your bank details are entered correctly in your Proinsight account. Of course, without these details, we will not be able to pay you for your hard work!


To do this, head to 'My Profile' > 'More' > Then click 'Next' until you see your details.



4. Your expenses will be paid back to you at the same time as any corresponding payment fee for completing the assignment.
