The short answer is you can't. If you are no longer able to do a shop on a particular date, please contact us at 08454680430 or email us at email@example.com and let us know the date you can next go in. However due dates of mystery shops are determined by our client and if your new planned visit date is after our client's due date, we will have to remove it from your account and assign it to someone else. We will advise you that this is the case when you get in touch.
