ARTICLE - How Do I Change the Due Date or Planned Date of my Assignment?



The short answer: as a mystery shopper, you can’t change the visit date yourself—sorry! ?


If something comes up and you’re unable to complete your visit as planned, don’t worry. Just give us a call on 020 3095 4954 or email us at shopper@proinsight.org. Let your Fieldwork Manager know when you’re available to complete the visit, and we’ll do our best to help.


Please note that visit deadlines are usually set by the client, so in many cases they can’t be changed. This may mean the assignment needs to be removed from your account. However, once you get in touch, we’ll always let you know what your options are.
