The simple answer to this is that as a mystery shopper you can't!
If you are no longer able to complete a visit on a particular date, please contact us on 02030954954 or email us at email@example.com and let your Programme Coordinator know when you can complete the visit.
However, as due dates are controlled by our clients, we usually need to be very strict when it comes to the deadlines. Therefore it may well be the case that the assignment cannot be extended and so will need to be removed from your account. We should be able to let you know the outcome when you contact us.
