Some clients may ask for video tags to be added to your report. This allows them to quickly jump to very specific moments within your footage—making it easier for them to review key interactions, behaviours, or service standards.
Adding tags provides real value by helping clients:

The good news? Adding video tags is quick and simple using our portal. It only takes a few steps, and once you’ve done it once, you’ll find it easy every time.
⭐ Important: When tagging, always use the timestamp shown on the video itself, not the time of day the event happened.
What You’ll Need
Before you start, make sure:
- Your video has been uploaded
- You know the approximate moment you want to tag
- You're ready to add clear notes that will help the client understand what happened at that exact timestamp
Step-by-Step: Adding Video Tags
Do not change these steps — they remain factual and exact.
Step 1 – Open the Video Player
Navigate to the video section in your assignment and click the video to open the player.
Step 2 – Play the Video
Watch the footage and pause when you reach the moment you want to tag.
Step 3 – Click the ‘Add Tag’ Button
This is located beneath the video player.
Step 4 – Enter the Timestamp
Select the question in the drop down tat you're looking at and add the exact time shown on the video at the moment you paused (or that you'd like to tag) - you'll need to add the time to and from
Use the video time, NOT the time of day
Step 6 – Save the Tag
Click Save to add your tag to the timeline.

To add a Video Tag to a Survey Question, you need to click on the tag button of your video:
From the Questions drop-down menu, select the question you would like to tag:

Set the start and end time to correspond with the part of the video that relates to the question you want to tag. Please note that the time format is HH:MM:SS.

Click OK to create the video tag:

You can preview all video attachment tags below the corresponding Question. After video tags have been saved, you can Play, Edit or Delete them.
Click on the dideo tag, and then you can click the following:

- Play:

- Edit:

- Delete:
