In order to add a Video Tag to a Survey Question you need to click on the tag button of your video:
From the Questions drop-down menu, select the survey question to associate with the video:
Set the following parameters:
Start Time
End Time
This time period will be associated with the corresponding Question. Please note that the time format is HH:MM:SS.
Click OK to create the video tag:
You can preview all Video Attachment Tags below the corresponding Question. After video tags have been saved you can Play, Edit or Delete them.
Click on the Video tag:

- Edit:
- Delete:
