So, you’re thinking about becoming a mystery shopper? Excellent choice. You’re about to step into a world of undercover adventures, secret missions, and the occasional free coffee. But before you don your invisible cape, here’s how to get started…

Step 1: Register & Unlock Your Shopper Powers

Head over to www.proinsight.org and click on “Become a Shopper.”
It’ll take around 5–15 minutes, depending on how speedy your typing skills are (and how many snacks you eat mid-registration).

Why so thorough? Because we want to understand what types of assignments will suit you best and make sure we match you with opportunities close to home — or close to wherever you fancy going!

Once registered, you’ll be able to browse the magical land of Open Opportunities right in your area.

Step 2: Meet Your Fieldwork Manager (Your Real-Life Mission Guide)

After signing up, you’ll be paired with a Fieldwork Manager who looks after your selected region.
Think of them as your personal shopper support wizard — here to help, guide, and answer any mission-critical questions.
