ARTICLE - How Do I Delete my Account with Proinsight?


Proinsight respects your privacy and would honour your wish to have your account deleted if you had made such a request. However, if all you want is to stop receiving emails from us, please go to Account Settings (the icon in the top right corner) -> Select 'Settings: Notifications' from the menu -> Then set the 3 options to Disabled and click 'Update'.



If you are certain that you want to delete your account instead, then please go to 'Account Settings' (the icon in the top right corner -> Privacy Dashboard -> The select 'Request Erasure from Proinsight'





IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A REQUEST TO BE ERASED FROM THE PROINSIGHT DATABASE, THEN ALL OF YOUR DETAILS WILL BE DELETED, THIS WILL INCLUDE ANY PREVIOUS COMPLETED JOBS AND ANY OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS. SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE FULLY PAID BEFORE DOING SO.
