ARTICLE - How Do I Delete my Account with Proinsight?
Proinsight will always respect your wishes, including deleting your account if you’ve asked us to do so — and we’re genuinely sorry to see you go if that’s what you’ve decided. You’ve been a valued part of our community, and we truly appreciate the time and effort you’ve shared with us.
If you’re leaving because of emails or notifications, you might not need to close your account at all. You can easily turn off our emails while keeping your account active for the future, just in case you’d like to return.
To stop receiving emails, simply:
Go to Account Settings (the icon in the top right corner) →
Select Settings: Notifications →
Set all three options to Disabled and click Update.
That way, you can enjoy a quieter inbox while keeping your account open — and if you ever want to come back, we’ll be right here waiting for you.


IMPORTANT: IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED A REQUEST TO BE ERASED FROM THE PROINSIGHT DATABASE, THEN ALL OF YOUR DETAILS WILL BE DELETED, THIS WILL INCLUDE ANY PREVIOUS COMPLETED JOBS AND ANY OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS. SO PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE FULLY PAID BEFORE DOING SO.
