ARTICLE - How to make a 'Voice of The Customer' audio recording.


For some of our assignments, you will be required to make an audio recording of yourself talking about how certain aspects of your assignment made you feel. The specifics will vary from survey to survey and will be outlined clearly in the instructions.


This can be done on your mobile phone and it is then very easy to upload these audio files to the survey afterwards. There will likely be a question in the survey that prompts you to attach the file, so please make sure you look out for this. If you have any issues then please get in touch with your Programme Coordinator.


The exact process to make an audio recording varies slightly between each type of mobile phone, so below are a few links to help you out. If you have a phone that is not listed below, then Google will undoubtedly be able to help you!

Once you have saved the audio file to your phone, you will need to upload it to your survey. This is easy to do whether you are using the Proinsight app or are doing it on a computer. Again, if you have any difficulties with this, then either refer to Google, or get in touch with your Programme Coordinator!
